Split – eine alte Stadt

Split ist die Hauptstadt von Kroatien und eines der wichtigsten Ausgangspunkte für viele Ausflüge in der Umgebung.
Diese Stadt hat schon viele Jahre auf dem Buckel, denn mit 1.700 Jahren ist diese nun wahrlich nicht mehr die jüngste. Genau deswegen hat diese Stadt auch sehr viel zu bieten und ebenso ihren gewissen Reiz für jeden. Jung und Alt vermischen sich hier sehr gut und bilden einen reibungslosen Übergang.
Ja, man kann von dieser Stadt in Kroatien wirklich nur das Schwärmen anfangen und es gibt viel im Grunde über diese Stadt zu schreiben, denn alles hätte einen Platz verdient.
Split ist mit 190.000 Einwohnern das wirtschaftliche, politische, und kulturelle Zentrum von Mitteldalmatiens. Man findet hier eine Vielzahl an Museen wie auch an alten Prachtbeuten, wo es sich wirklich lohnt diese auch zu besichtigen.
Split liegt auf einer Halbinsel und im Hintergrund kann man vom berg Marjan herrlich über die Stadt wie aber auch über die davor liegenden Insel schauen und bei einem herrlichen Sonnenuntergang ergibt sich auch noch ein herrliches Panoramabild, was jeden Fotografen das Herz höher schlagen lässt.
Um Split herum hat sich eine sehr gute Wirtschaft entwickelt und wurde so sehr bedeutend. Dies gilt auch für das kulturelle, denn da steht Split ebenfalls weit oben in Kroatien.
Es gibt wie anfangs schon erwähnt sehr vieles zu bestaunen und man kann hier wirklich unzählige Tage verbringen ohne das es einem je langweilig werden würde dabei.
Sollte man nun auch noch die Möglichkeit besitzen und ins Stadion der Heimmannschaft gehen zu können, dann sollte man dies unbedingt tun, allein schon wegen der Atmosphäre welche dort herrscht.
